ABOUT US

Our Management Committee

Condy Park Preschool & Kindergarten is run by the Management Committee.  This committee is formed by parents of children currently attending the Centre, and anyone is eligible to hold a position.  Elections take place at the Annual General Meeting in February and positions on the committee are for twelve months.  All parents are expected to attend the A.G.M. to learn more about the running of the Centre, and are encouraged to attend parent meetings to have a say and gain information.

Members of the committee attend monthly meetings to make decisions on the running/operation and social commitments of the Centre, always in conjunction with the Director.

A $5.00 membership fee per family is payable for Condy Park Preschool & Kindergarten Association Inc. membership, with voting rights at the A.G.M. and general meetings.  Committee members only can vote at Committee meetings.  As we are a “Community” Centre parents are an integral part of the running of our Kindergarten.  Parents are expected to support the Management Committee in all Fundraising ventures - and it must be a shared load for all to gain the benefits of community involvement.
